  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while performing tasks.
  6. Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on store premises.
  8. Communicate with store management regarding any maintenance concerns or issues.
  9. Coordinate and work with external contractors for larger repairs or projects.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for improving maintenance processes.
  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement in store maintenance and make recommendations.
  12. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  13. Train and mentor new maintenance team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Basic Electrical And Plumbing Repairs: Maintenance Technicians At Foot Locker Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Plumbing Systems In Order To Troubleshoot And Repair Any Issues That May Arise In The Store.

  • Knowledge Of Hvac Systems: Foot Locker Stores Often Have Heating And Cooling Systems That Require Regular Maintenance And Repairs. A Maintenance Technician Should Have Experience In Hvac Maintenance And Be Able To Perform Routine Checks And Repairs As Needed.

  • Familiarity With Retail Store Equipment: From Cash Registers To Security Systems, Foot Locker Stores Have A Variety Of Equipment That May Require Maintenance. A Qualified Candidate Should Be Comfortable With Troubleshooting And Repairing Various Retail Store Equipment.
