Experience In Retail Management: A Department Lead At Foot Locker Should Have Previous Experience In Retail Management, Ideally In The Footwear Or Athletic Apparel Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead A Team, Manage Inventory, And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Department Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Supervising And Training A Team Of Sales Associates. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Maintain A Positive Work Environment.
