  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees.
  5. Ensure the store is properly stocked and visual merchandised according to company standards.
  6. Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent any stock shortages.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with store management to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees and customers.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
  12. Perform any other duties as assigned by store management.
