  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sneaker department in the store.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve departmental goals.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with knowledge of product offerings and sales techniques.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and work with management to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.

  11. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and organized.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Department Lead At Foot Locker Must Have The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Sales Goals And Provide Excellent Customer Service. This Includes Delegating Tasks, Providing Guidance And Feedback, And Resolving Conflicts.

  • Retail Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Store Operations And Customer Service.
