  1. Manage and lead a team of sales associates to ensure efficient store operations and achieve sales targets.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand information to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  4. Train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  6. Collaborate with store management to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Assist in inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
