  1. Lead and manage a team of retail associates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  2. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
  3. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all team members, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment for all team members.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase store revenue.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  8. Maintain store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers and team members.
  10. Collaborate with other department leads and store management to ensure seamless operations and achieve overall store goals.
  11. Handle escalated customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential and meet or exceed expectations.
  15. Represent the company and uphold its values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: A Department Lead At Foot Locker Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Whether It Be In A Retail Setting Or In A Different Industry.
