  1. Oversee the daily operations of a specific department within the Foot Locker store.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Serve as a role model and mentor for team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Create and implement strategies to increase department sales and improve overall store performance.
  5. Ensure that the department is well-stocked and visually appealing, maintaining the highest standards of merchandising.
  6. Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  7. Monitor and analyze department sales and inventory data, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  8. Communicate effectively with store management and other department leads to ensure seamless operation of the store.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge, sharing information with team members to enhance their understanding and expertise.
  10. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion within the team.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional growth.
  14. Collaborate with other department leads and store management to plan and execute promotional events and sales.
  15. Continuously strive to improve department efficiency and productivity while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
