Our ideal candidate is someone who can provide outstanding service to our customers and help them find the perfect shoes to fit their individual style.The right candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to think on their feet. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Assist customers in finding the perfect shoes to fit their individual style.
  4. Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  6. Process customer payments quickly and accurately.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  8. Assist with other tasks, as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date on store promotions and product offerings.
  10. Promote customer loyalty programs.
