  1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  2. Assist in driving sales by providing excellent customer service, ensuring product availability, and meeting sales goals.
  3. Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  5. Help monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to the Store Manager.
  6. Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to labor budgets.
  7. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Participate in recruitment and hiring processes, as well as performance evaluations of sales associates.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge in order to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
  10. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Store Manager.
