- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by implementing and executing store promotions and strategies, monitoring and analyzing sales reports, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and able to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory control, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Display a strong passion for the Foot Locker brand and actively contribute to creating a positive brand image in the community.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development within the company.
Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, With A Strong Understanding Of Sales And Customer Service.
Leadership Skills: The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.
Product Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of Foot Locker's Products, Including Athletic Footwear And Apparel, And The Ability To Educate Customers And Team Members On Product Features And Benefits.
Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management.
Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ability To Think Critically And Solve Problems Efficiently, Including Handling Customer Complaints And Resolving Conflicts Within The Team.
