  1. Assist the Store Manager in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and sales goals.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Maintain a strong knowledge of current and upcoming athletic footwear and apparel trends to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
  4. Train and develop sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, customer service, and store policies.
  5. Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and a positive shopping experience for customers.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  7. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
  8. Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as opening and closing cash registers.
  9. Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  10. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  11. Act as a role model for employees by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to the brand and company values.
  12. Attend and actively participate in meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay updated on product knowledge and company initiatives.
  13. Assist in managing and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking products to ensure availability for customers.
  15. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Assistant Manager At Foot Locker Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of The Industry And Their Ability To Handle Day-To-Day Operations.
