HSE Specialist

Maintain a functioning knowledge of Company specific HSE standards, programs and goals and applying HSE procedures as established by the Company on a project site or in an office through training. Confirm project site(s) adheres to Company, Customer, and regulatory HSE standards and guidelines. Promote HSE standards and goals with programs throughout the Company and/or project to foster a safe and productive work environment. May requiring assisting a senior HSE Professional with conducting onsite risk assessments and prepare mitigation responses. Create, administer and monitor simple HSE programs involving all levels of employees on the project site or in the office through presentations, printed materials, and activities. Monitor simple HSE programs by creating summaries/reports/presentations for HSE management and make recommendations based on interpretations. Support preparation of HSE sections in site HSE plans, request for proposal (RFP), HSE communications, training, and orientations.
