Research And Publication Record: A Strong Record Of Research And Publication, With A Focus On Peer-Reviewed Publications And Conference Presentations.
Leadership Skills: The Ability To Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Faculty Members, And To Develop And Implement Academic Programs.
