  1. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement programs and initiatives that support the university's mission.
  2. Conduct research and gather data to inform decision-making and program development.
  3. Communicate with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff, to gather feedback and ensure program effectiveness.
  4. Assist with the planning and execution of events, workshops, and other educational programs.
  5. Create and maintain program budgets and track expenses.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance program offerings.
  7. Monitor program outcomes and make suggestions for improvements.
  8. Utilize technology and digital platforms to promote and support program initiatives.
  9. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in higher education to continuously improve program offerings.
  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the university to ensure alignment and maximize resources.
  12. Act as a representative of the university and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
  13. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of higher education.
  14. Adhere to university policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Public Administration, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Coordination, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Familiarity With Budget Management, Event Planning, And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of And Commitment To The Mission And Values Of Florida State University.
