ERP Analyst

Provides technical support, problem resolution, and maintenance for the systems supporting Enterprise Document Management (EDM) and PeopleSoft Security. This position is also responsible for providing development support for multiple ERP software modules. Provides support for Enterprise Document Management (EDM) application. Assists ITS and campus users by developing reports, workflow processes and other solutions to support document management business processes. Assist in gathering requirements, configuring departments and training user on EDM systems. Shares in responsibility for monitoring the EDM applications, troubleshooting and researching errors as well as responding to escalated Help Desk tickets.
