Job Description

The EDI Specialist will provide administrative and programmatic support to the EDI Director/CDO in the development and implementation of programs and services that promote institutional equity, diversity and inclusion. Develop, coordinate and facilitate diversity-related training sessions and workshops, Provide administrative support to the EDI Director/CDO. Conduct research on specified topics, to include national and international diversity issues, administrative organizational structures, trends, and other issues as assigned. Execute data collection activities on specified equity and inclusion issues.

Job Qualifications
  • 6+ years of related experience

  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion programs; preferably in a college/university setting.

  • Knowledge of and experience in developing and implementing initiatives and programming

  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate productively in a team environment.
