- Design and create visually appealing displays for merchandise in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and utilize creative thinking to develop new and innovative merchandising concepts.
- Collaborate with the Now & Beyond Sets team to plan and implement visual displays for new product launches and promotions.
- Ensure that all displays are properly stocked, organized, and maintained to create an optimal shopping experience for customers.
- Use strategic placement and layout techniques to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory levels and work with the team to restock and replenish merchandise as needed.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess and make necessary adjustments to displays to ensure they are visually appealing and in line with company standards.
- Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Coordinate with store management to plan and execute seasonal and holiday displays.
- Utilize feedback from customers and store associates to make improvements to visual displays and overall shopping experience.
- Work closely with the buying and marketing teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional and seasonal displays.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
Experience In Visual Merchandising: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Current Visual Merchandising Techniques And Trends.
Creativity And Design Skills: A Strong Eye For Design And Creative Thinking Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Conceptualize And Execute Visually Appealing And Engaging Displays That Align With The Brand's Image And Target Audience.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Visual Merchandising Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Collaborating With Various Teams Such As Store Managers, Buyers, And Marketing Teams. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial To Effectively Convey Ideas And Ensure Alignment With The Overall Brand Strategy.
