  1. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to design and implement visually appealing displays in-store.
  2. Assist in the organization and placement of merchandise to create a cohesive and attractive shopping experience.
  3. Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall aesthetic of the store and attract customers.
  4. Help maintain and update visual standards throughout the store.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor displays.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  7. Utilize attention to detail to ensure displays are visually appealing and merchandise is accurately labeled.
  8. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  9. Learn and follow safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  10. Embrace a positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.
  11. Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of displays and promptly address any issues that may arise.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all times.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve visual merchandising skills and contribute to the success of the team.

  • Experience With Visual Merchandising: A Visual Merchandise Intern At Five Below Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Visual Merchandising Principles And Techniques, Such As Product Placement, Color Coordination, And Display Design.

  • Creativity And Design Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Natural Eye For Design And Be Able To Come Up With Creative And Visually Appealing Displays That Will Attract Customers And Enhance The Overall Shopping Experience.

  • Attention To Detail: Visual Merchandising Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That Displays Are Properly Set Up And Maintained. The Intern Should Have A Keen Eye For Spotting Any Issues Or Discrepancies And Be Able To Address Them Promptly.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Five Below Is A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, And The Visual Merchandise Intern Should Be Able To Work Efficiently And Effectively In This Type Of Setting. They Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Their Workload.
