We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Support Lead Part Time at Five Below. As a Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.   1. Provide outstanding customer service and support to all customers at Five Below.
  2. Lead and motivate a team to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable about company products, policies, and procedures.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Manage and delegate tasks to team members to ensure the store is well-maintained and fully stocked.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to implement promotional and marketing strategies.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  9. Maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and team members.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  11. Help coordinate and participate in store events and community outreach initiatives.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
  14. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  15. Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Support Lead At Five Below, You Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Support Staff And Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis.   • Flexibility And Availability: Five Below Is A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, And The Support Lead Will Need To Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Work Well Under Pressure. Additionally, The Candidate Should Have Availability To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays As Needed.
