- Provide outstanding customer service and support to all customers at Five Below.
- Lead and motivate a team to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
- Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable about company products, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and delegate tasks to team members to ensure the store is well-maintained and fully stocked.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with other team members to implement promotional and marketing strategies.
