Previous Retail Or Customer Service Experience: A Support Lead Must Have A Strong Understanding Of The Retail Industry And Be Familiar With Providing Excellent Customer Service. Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Such As A Sales Associate Or Customer Service Representative, Would Be Beneficial.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Support Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Other Team Members. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Handle Any Customer Inquiries Or Concerns, As Well As Delegate Tasks To Other Team Members.
