
Support Lead Part Time

As a Support Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service and leading our support team to achieve daily goals. - Provide exceptional customer service: The Support Lead will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Lead the support team: The Support Lead will oversee and guide the support team to ensure daily goals are met, including tasks such as restocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, and assisting with customer transactions.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills: The Support Lead will be responsible for setting a positive example for the support team, providing guidance and direction when needed, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively: The Support Lead will be responsible for communicating with the support team, as well as other team members and management, to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment: The Support Lead must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
- Uphold company values: The Support Lead will be expected to uphold the core values of Five Below, including having fun, embracing diversity, and working hard to provide customers with value and quality products.
- Maintain store standards: The Support Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, following company guidelines and standards.
- Train and develop team members: The Support Lead will assist in training and developing new team members, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
- Take on additional responsibilities: The Support Lead may be asked to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed, such as opening or closing the store, assisting with inventory management, or other duties as assigned by management.
- Be a team player: The Support Lead must be a team player, willing to jump in and help with any task or role to ensure the success of the store and the overall team.
Strong Customer Service Skills: A Support Lead Part Time At Five Below Must Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Inquiries And Concerns.
Leadership Experience: This Role Requires A Candidate With Previous Experience In A Leadership Position, As They Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Support Associates And Ensuring Tasks Are Completed Efficiently.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential In This Role, As The Support Lead Will Be Responsible For Relaying Important Information To Both Their Team And Upper Management.
Problem-Solving Abilities: A Support Lead Must Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Come Up With Creative Solutions To Any Issues That May Arise, Both With Customers And Within The Team.
Availability And Flexibility: This Position Requires Someone Who Is Available To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To Changing Schedules And Priorities.
