Support Lead Part Time

10. Ensure store policies and procedures are followed, including safety and security protocols.
11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
12. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance.
13. Assist with merchandising and visual displays to create an appealing shopping experience.
14. Act as a role model for company values and expected behaviors.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
