  1. Oversee the support team: The Support Lead will be responsible for managing and directing the support team, including assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, and monitoring performance.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer support: The Support Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive excellent support and have a positive and memorable experience while shopping at Five Below.
  3. Lead by example: The Support Lead will serve as a role model for the support team, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  4. Maintain a fast-paced, retail environment: The Support Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the support team is able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  5. Communicate effectively: The Support Lead will be responsible for communicating with the support team, as well as other team members and management, to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
  6. Problem-solve: The Support Lead will be responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues and concerns, as well as addressing any challenges that arise within the support team.
  7. Uphold company standards: The Support Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all support team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and values.
  8. Provide support during peak hours: The Support Lead may be required to provide additional support during busy periods to ensure that all customers receive timely and efficient service.
  9. Collaborate with other departments: The Support Lead will work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  10. Continuously improve support processes: The Support Lead will be responsible for evaluating and improving support processes to increase efficiency and provide an even better experience for customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Retail Environment: A Support Lead At Five Below Is Responsible For Overseeing The Store Operations And Providing Support To The Team. Therefore, Prior Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Role, Is Essential.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Support Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Team Members. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Interact With People From Diverse Backgrounds.

  • Leadership Experience: The Support Lead Is Expected To Lead By Example And Guide The Team Towards Achieving The Store's Goals. Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Even In A Non-Retail Setting, Showcases Your Ability To Take Charge And Lead A Team.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: Five Below Is A Fast-Paced Environment, And As A Support Lead, You Will Be Expected To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Efficiently. Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills Are Necessary To Keep The Store Running Smoothly.

  • Availability For Part-Time Work: This Position Requires Part-Time Availability, Including Evenings And Weekends. Candidates Should Be Able To Commit To A Flexible Schedule And Work At Least 20-25 Hours Per Week.
