Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Whether It Be In A Retail Setting Or Another Industry. This Experience Should Demonstrate Effective Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, And Team Management Skills.
Customer Service Skills: Five Below Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service. A Support Lead Should Have A Friendly And Approachable Demeanor, As Well As The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism.
Organizational Skills: As A Support Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Managing Schedules, Delegating Tasks, And Ensuring The Store Runs Smoothly. Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential To Effectively Juggle These Responsibilities.
