We are currently seeking a Support Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our store team members. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an unforgettable shopping experience and has experience in leadership and customer service.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions, concerns, and purchases.
  3. Train and coach store team members on customer service best practices and company policies.
  4. Serve as a role model for excellent customer service and lead by example.
  5. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  7. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure products are always available for customers.
  8. Monitor store operations and assist in problem-solving and decision-making to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  9. Collaborate with other team leads and store management to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve store operations and customer experience.
  11. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to accurately assist customers with their purchases.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and team members.
  13. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to store management for further action.
  14. Lead by example and motivate team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
  15. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
  16. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while representing the company's values and brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Leadership Experience: Candidates For A Support Lead Part Time Position At Five Below Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Such As A Supervisor Or Team Lead.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Support Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Effectively Communicating With Both Team Members And Store Management. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities: The Support Lead Must Be Able To Quickly And Efficiently Solve Problems That Arise During Their Shift. This Requires Critical Thinking Skills And The Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Successful Support Lead Should Have A Good Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Customer Service, And Store Policies And Procedures.

  • Availability To Work Flexible Hours: Five Below Stores Are Open During Peak Shopping Hours, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. Candidates For This Position Should Have Availability To Work A Variety Of Shifts To Meet The Needs Of The Store.
