- Provide exceptional customer service to all Five Below customers.
- Support and lead a team of customer service associates.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience.
- Train and onboard new customer service team members.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.

- Monitor and maintain customer service standards and procedures.

Excellent Communication Skills: A Support Lead Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Team Members, Customers, And Management.
Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Whether In A Retail Setting Or Other Industry, To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Support Lead, The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Critically And Find Solutions To Various Issues That May Arise In The Store.
Customer Service Orientation: Five Below Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, And A Support Lead Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Able To Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints With Professionalism And Empathy.
Availability: This Job Requires A Part-Time Commitment, So The Candidate Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work Nights, Weekends, And Holidays As Needed.
