As a Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Five Below customers.
  2. Act as a role model for excellent customer service by demonstrating friendly and helpful behavior at all times.
  3. Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for customers, acting as a liaison between them and the store.
  5. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively listen to and address customer inquiries and complaints.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of all products and services offered by Five Below to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  7. Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices and company policies.
  8. Lead by example in following all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cashiering, merchandising, and inventory management.
  9. Collaborate with management to create and implement strategies for improving the customer experience.
  10. Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
  13. Flexibly work as part of a team to ensure all customer needs are met.
  14. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and customer service best practices to constantly improve and enhance the customer experience.
  15. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
