Job Description

As the Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, managing the team, and maintaining the store's visual presentation.   1. Provide exceptional customer service: The Support Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive top-notch service and have a positive shopping experience at the store.
  2. Manage the team: The Support Lead will be responsible for supervising, training, and motivating a team of store associates. This includes creating schedules, delegating tasks, and providing feedback and guidance to ensure the team is performing at their best.
  3. Maintain store visual presentation: The Support Lead will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store. This includes restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that the store's visual standards are met.
  4. Demonstrate strong leadership skills: The Support Lead will be expected to lead by example and be a role model for the team. This includes exhibiting a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve and make decisions.
  5. Utilize retail experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience and will be able to apply their knowledge and skills to effectively manage the store and its employees.
  6. Thrive in a fast-paced environment: The Support Lead will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. This includes multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing situations.
