As a Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of support associates to provide top-notch service and support to our customers.   • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs
  • Lead and motivate a team of support associates to deliver excellent service and support to customers
  • Train and onboard new support associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of support associates, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory management
  • Collaborate with other team leads and managers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
  • Uphold the company's values and mission to provide a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
