  1. Oversee Store Operations: The Support Lead Part Time will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  2. Provide Excellent Customer Service: The Support Lead Part Time will serve as a role model for exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any customer issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Train and Coach Team Members: The Support Lead Part Time will train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service.
  4. Ensure Store Cleanliness and Organization: The Support Lead Part Time will maintain a clean and organized store by implementing and enforcing cleanliness and organization standards, as well as delegating tasks to team members.
  5. Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints: The Support Lead Part Time will handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating any issues to management as needed.
  6. Assist with Merchandising and Visual Presentation: The Support Lead Part Time will assist in maintaining proper product placement, signage, and visual displays to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  7. Monitor and Manage Inventory Levels: The Support Lead Part Time will track inventory levels and assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise to ensure availability for customers.
  8. Ensure Adherence to Company Policies and Procedures: The Support Lead Part Time will be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures, to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and team members.
  9. Collaborate with Management: The Support Lead Part Time will work closely with store management to identify opportunities for improvement, provide feedback on team performance, and assist with special projects as needed.
