- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, creating a positive first impression for the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving customer complaints, and assisting with product selection.
- Lead and motivate a team of part-time employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies, products, and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment for customers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following company cash handling policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting inventory counts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety protocols, dress code, and attendance standards.
Prior Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Role: A Support Lead At Five Below Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Assisting With Customer Service Tasks, So Prior Experience In A Similar Role Is Essential.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Support Lead Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Both Customers And Team Members, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are A Must.
Leadership Abilities: As A Part-Time Support Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Guiding A Team Of Associates. Therefore, Leadership Abilities And Experience In A Supervisory Role Are Important Qualifications.
Flexibility And Availability: Five Below Is A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, And The Support Lead May Be Required To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. Candidates Must Be Able To Demonstrate Flexibility And Availability To Meet The Needs Of The Store.
