As a Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the success of our store operations. - Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Serve as a role model for excellent customer service by demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
- Train and develop team members on customer service best practices and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and overall store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to accurately assist customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and management to resolve any escalated issues.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve store operations and customer service.
- Assist in the hiring and training of new team members.
- Follow all merchandising and visual presentation guidelines to ensure a visually appealing and organized store.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and awareness of current industry trends and competitors.
Previous Leadership Experience: As A Support Lead, The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Whether It Be In A Retail Setting Or Other Customer Service Oriented Environment.
Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, In Order To Effectively Lead And Communicate With Team Members, As Well As Customers.
Customer Service Expertise: A Support Lead Should Have A Strong Understanding Of And Experience With Providing Exceptional Customer Service, As They Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Assisting With Customer Inquiries And Complaints.
Organizational Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Multitask, As They Will Be Responsible For Managing And Delegating Tasks To Team Members, As Well As Ensuring The Store Is Well-Maintained And Stocked.
Availability And Flexibility: As A Part-Time Position, The Candidate Should Have Availability On Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Retail Environment.
