
Support Lead - Part Time

- Provide exceptional customer support to all Five Below customers.
- Ensure smooth operations of the store by overseeing daily tasks and duties.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Train and coach team members on customer service best practices and company policies.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking products on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Strong Leadership Skills: A Support Lead Should Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Support Staff.
Prior Experience In A Retail Environment: A Support Lead Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Role. This Will Help Them Understand The Unique Challenges And Demands Of The Role.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Support Lead To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Interact With Customers And Other Team Members.
Attention To Detail: The Support Lead Is Responsible For Ensuring All Support Tasks Are Completed Accurately And In A Timely Manner. Therefore, Attention To Detail Is A Critical Qualification For This Role.
