
Support Lead Part Time

As a Support Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and our customers have a positive shopping experience. - Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers by greeting and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Lead and motivate a team of support staff, including training and providing guidance on store policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to drive sales and meet targets.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restrooms, fitting rooms, and common areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register operations.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Act as a role model for customer service by providing exceptional support and assistance to customers and team members.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In A Leadership Role And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team Of Support Staff.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Support Lead, Clear And Effective Communication Is Essential In Order To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Maintain Open Lines Of Communication With Both Team Members And Management.
Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Of A Support Lead Requires The Ability To Think Critically And Solve Problems In A Fast-Paced Environment. The Candidate Should Be Able To Handle Unexpected Situations And Find Solutions Quickly.
Customer Service Experience: Five Below Is A Customer-Focused Company, And The Support Lead Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role. This Includes The Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints In A Professional And Efficient Manner.
Organizational Skills: With Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities, The Support Lead Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Prioritize Tasks Effectively. This Includes Creating Schedules, Managing Inventory, And Ensuring All Daily Tasks Are Completed On Time.
