As a Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while also providing guidance and support to our team members. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, who is able to multitask and prioritize effectively.   1. Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and coaching to improve their skills and performance.
  3. Monitor and assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. Set a positive example for the team by consistently delivering excellent customer service and fostering a customer-centric culture.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals.
  8. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing merchandise and conducting regular stock checks.
  9. Communicate effectively with both customers and team members, providing clear and accurate information.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of products and promotions, and effectively communicate them to customers and team members.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve and enhance the customer experience.
  12. Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  14. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the store's overall success and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Customer Service: A Support Lead Part Time At Five Below Should Have Experience In Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Handling Customer Inquiries Or Complaints.

  • Strong Communication Skills: This Position Requires Effective Communication With Customers, Team Members, And Management. Candidates Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.

  • Leadership Experience: As A Support Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Supervising And Training Team Members. Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Is Preferred.
