Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Support Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and our customers have a positive experience every time they visit.   1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking products as needed.
  5. Manage cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
  6. Train and supervise team members to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
  9. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and energetic work environment for the team.
  11. Motivate and encourage team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  12. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  13. Monitor and report on store metrics, such as sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
  14. Assist with receiving and processing shipments, including unpacking and organizing merchandise.
  15. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

  • Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Setting Is Essential For A Support Lead Position At Five Below. This Includes Knowledge Of Store Operations, Customer Service, And Inventory Management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Support Lead, It Is Important To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Team Members, Customers, And Store Management. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Provide Clear Instructions, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Organizational And Time-Management Abilities: A Support Lead Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Also Have Strong Time-Management Skills To Ensure That Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And On Schedule.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: In A Retail Setting, Unexpected Challenges And Issues Can Arise. A Support Lead Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Assess Situations Quickly And Find Effective Solutions. This Includes Being Able To Think Creatively And Make Decisions Under Pressure.
