- Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience by overseeing all support activities in the store.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the store to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping environment for customers.
- Train and develop support associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Create and maintain weekly schedules for support associates, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support associates to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, serving as a role model for other team members.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays.
Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Team Members And Customers.
Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities To Handle Customer And Employee Concerns.
