  1. Provide exceptional customer support: As a Support Lead, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the best support and assistance possible. This includes responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  2. Lead the support team: You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of support representatives. This includes training, coaching, and providing guidance to ensure that the team is delivering high-quality support to our customers.
  3. Handle escalations: In the event that a customer issue cannot be resolved by a support representative, you will be responsible for handling the escalation and finding a solution that satisfies the customer.
  4. Monitor support metrics: It will be your responsibility to track and analyze support metrics such as response time, issue resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. You will then use this data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the support experience for our customers.
  5. Collaborate with other departments: The support team plays a crucial role in the overall success of the company. As a Support Lead, you will need to collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure that our customers' needs are being met.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Customer Service Or Retail Environment. This Includes Experience In Handling Customer Inquiries, Resolving Issues, And Providing Exceptional Customer Support.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Direction And Guidance, And Motivate Team Members To Meet Performance Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Store Operations And Merchandising. This Includes Experience With Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Maintaining Store Standards.

  • Availability To Work Flexible Schedules, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. This Is Important For Meeting The Needs Of The Store's Busy And Dynamic Customer Base.
