- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency within the Support Team.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve customer service issues, communicating any important updates or changes to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and strive to find solutions that meet both the customer's needs and the company's policies.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement within the Support Team and implement solutions to enhance processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide reports and analysis as needed.

- Represent the company in a professional manner, both in-person and over the phone, when interacting with customers.
Extensive Customer Service Experience: A Support Lead At Five Below Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Service, With A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Will Ensure That They Have The Necessary Skills To Handle Any Customer Inquiries Or Complaints Effectively.
