4. Train and coach team members on customer service techniques and company policies.
5. Ensure that all team members are following company procedures and standards for customer service.
6. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping environment for customers.
7. Assist in managing inventory and restocking shelves to ensure products are readily available for customers.
