Job Description

Welcome to Five Below! We are looking for a part-time Support Lead to join our team and help us provide exceptional customer service. As a Support Lead, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall operations of the store and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, answer any questions or concerns they may have, and ensure their shopping experience is enjoyable and efficient.
  2. Assist with store operations: Help with store opening and closing procedures, manage inventory levels, ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked correctly, and handle any customer or employee issues that may arise.
  3. Lead and motivate a team: Train and guide team members on customer service best practices, delegate tasks and responsibilities, and provide support and feedback to ensure a cohesive and productive team.
  4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization: Keep the store clean and organized at all times, including the sales floor, stock room, and registers.
  5. Handle cash transactions: Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily cash and credit card transactions.
  6. Uphold company policies and procedures: Ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, customer service standards, and operational guidelines.
  7. Communicate effectively: Communicate with customers, team members, and management in a professional and timely manner, including relaying important information and addressing any issues or concerns.
  8. Stay informed on products and promotions: Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions, and assist customers in finding specific items or making purchasing decisions.
  9. Provide feedback and suggestions: Share feedback and suggestions with management on ways to improve customer service, store operations, and employee performance.
  10. Adhere to scheduling and attendance guidelines: Follow scheduling guidelines and maintain excellent attendance to ensure proper coverage and support for the team and store.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: With The Responsibility Of Overseeing The Daily Operations Of The Store, A Support Lead Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Manage Their Time Effectively. This Includes Creating Schedules, Managing Inventory, And Ensuring Tasks Are Completed In A Timely Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Five Below Products And Brand: To Effectively Lead A Team And Assist Customers, A Support Lead Should Have A Good Understanding Of Five Below's Products, Brand, And Mission. This Includes Being Familiar With Current Promotions, Merchandise, And Company Policies.
