
Support Lead Part Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Support Lead to join our team part-time. As a Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
- Oversee Store Operations: The Support Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: The Support Lead will be expected to lead by example and provide exceptional customer service at all times. This includes greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Train and Supervise Team Members: The Support Lead will be responsible for training and supervising team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain Store Standards: The Support Lead will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, ensuring all products are properly displayed, and that all safety and security measures are in place.
- Handle Cash and Inventory: The Support Lead will be responsible for handling cash transactions, reconciling daily sales, and managing inventory levels to ensure the store is well-stocked and products are readily available for customers.
- Collaborate with Store Manager: The Support Lead will work closely with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to increase sales, and implement new initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle Customer Concerns: In the absence of a Store Manager, the Support Lead will be responsible for handling any customer concerns or complaints, finding appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Company Policies: The Support Lead must adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code, safety protocols, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a Positive Work Environment: The Support Lead will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members, and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
