Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and providing exceptional support to our customers and team members.   1. Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  7. Manage and prioritize tasks, delegating responsibilities to team members as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with management to create and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  11. Assist in creating and executing special events and promotions to drive sales.
  12. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new merchandise and company initiatives.
  13. Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to the company's values.
  14. Provide feedback and suggestions to management for improving store operations and customer experience.
  15. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Support Lead At Five Below Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role. This Will Ensure That They Have A Strong Understanding Of Store Operations And Can Effectively Manage A Team.
