Prior Customer Service Experience: A Support Lead At Five Below Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As Retail Or Hospitality. This Will Help Them Effectively Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Support Lead, One Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members. This Includes Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Active Listening Skills.
