  1. Provide exceptional customer service: As a Support Lead, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service.   2. Lead and manage a team: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of support associates. This includes delegating tasks, providing guidance and training, and ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  3. Create a positive and welcoming environment: We want our customers to feel welcome and at ease when they enter our store. As a Support Lead, you will be responsible for creating a positive and friendly atmosphere for both customers and team members.
  4. Ensure store cleanliness and organization: It is important to maintain a clean and organized store environment for our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks to ensure that the store is presentable at all times.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and concerns: As a leader in the support team, you will be responsible for handling any customer inquiries or concerns that may arise. This includes addressing and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Train and develop team members: You will be responsible for training and developing new and current support associates. This includes providing ongoing feedback and coaching to help them improve and succeed in their roles.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels: You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of support-related items, such as bags, receipts, and other supplies.
  8. Communicate effectively: Strong communication skills are essential in this role. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with both customers and team members to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures: As a representative of Five Below, it is important to uphold and enforce company policies and procedures. This includes ensuring compliance with safety and security measures, as well as promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Qualified Candidate For A Support Lead Part Time Job At Five Below Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably As A Team Lead Or Supervisor.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Support Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Training A Team Of Associates, So Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Support Lead Will Need To Effectively Communicate With Both Team Members And Management, As Well As Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Five Below Customers.
