- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Train and mentor support associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, store procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers and team members by leading with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking products and keeping shelves and displays neat and tidy.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory by conducting regular counts and assisting with restocking and receiving shipments.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving store performance.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating excellent work ethic, communication skills, and customer service.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
Prior Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Team Members.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Situations With Patience And Empathy.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Computer Systems, With The Ability To Learn New Software Quickly.
Flexibility And Availability To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays As Needed, In Order To Support The Store's Operational Needs.
