- Provide exceptional customer service to all Five Below customers.
- Lead and supervise a team of support associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Train and onboard new support associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
- Set and maintain high standards for customer service, ensuring all team members adhere to them.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and track customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members to continuously improve their customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other store departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
- Regularly communicate with upper management regarding customer service trends, challenges, and successes.
- Assist in managing inventory and store displays, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to the company's mission and values.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Experience In Leadership: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Retail Setting.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Support Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team And Communicating With Both Customers And Upper Management. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.
Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Service And Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Ease. This Includes Dealing With Customer Complaints And Resolving Issues In A Timely And Professional Manner.
Organizational Skills: The Support Lead Will Be Responsible For Coordinating Schedules, Managing Inventory, And Ensuring The Store Runs Smoothly. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Organizational Skills And Be Able To Multitask Effectively.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: Prior Experience In A Retail Environment Is Preferred, As The Support Lead Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Daily Operations And Ensuring The Store Meets Sales Goals And Maintains A Positive Customer Experience. Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Strategies Is A Plus.
