Job Description

Are you an organized problem-solver who enjoys working in a team environment? Five Below is looking for a Support Lead to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years customer service experience and be able to coordinate and delegate tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about supporting our customers, we would love to hear from you!

  1. Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the work of customer service team members.
  3. Monitor customer service team performance and provide feedback and coaching where necessary.
  4. Proactively address customer service issues and develop solutions to improve customer service.
  5. Develop and implement procedures and standards for customer service team.
  6. Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer service transactions.
  8. Assist in resolving customer complaints and resolving disputes.
  9. Provide training and guidance to customer service staff.
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
