Job Description

We are looking for a Support Lead to join our team at Five Below! Our Support Lead will be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on their feet.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of retail or customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. They will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that our store operations run smoothly. If you have a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a commitment to excellence, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to customers and ensure their satisfaction
  2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Maintain an organized and efficient store environment
  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries
  5. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers
  7. Monitor store operations and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed
  8. Assist with training and development of store employees
  9. Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  10. Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
