We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team as our Support Lead at Five Below. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in providing support and guidance to our customers, and ensure they have a positive and successful experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping others, have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
  • Train and mentor customer service staff on best practices and customer service standards.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Monitor customer service staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Monitor customer service metrics and adjust customer service strategies accordingly.
  • Create and manage customer service reports.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies to ensure customer service is up-to-date.
